What You’ll Do
- Complete a minimum of 120 hours of training
- Learn about retail operations and customer service
- Prepare for and complete assessments
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Merchandise stock according to company standards
- Operate the POS system for payments and account openings
- Help control stock losses
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Ensure customer safety and store security
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Grade 10
- Interest in fashion and retail
- Willingness to learn and be assessed
- Commitment to complete training and logbooks
