Introduction

Join Nurture Health as a Care Worker at our Ilembe physical rehabilitation facility, where you will support patients on their rehabilitation journey. You will assist with daily care, ensure patient safety and comfort, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will report directly to the Nursing Manager.

Location: KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal
Facility: Nurture Ilembe Physical Rehabilitation
Position: Permanent
Salary: R5 902.21 CTC (including benefits)

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with daily care activities.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Support the rehabilitation process alongside the healthcare team.
• Maintain high standards of patient care.

Requirements

• Care Worker Certificate (essential).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (rehabilitation setting advantageous).
