Introduction

Fidelity Services Group, a leader in security and cash management solutions, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join its CIT (Cash-In-Transit) department at the Edenvale Branch. If you thrive in an administrative role and are passionate about supporting operations through structure, compliance, and efficiency, this opportunity is for you.

Purpose of the Role

The Branch Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch. You will assist with document management, staff onboarding coordination, timekeeping processes, and general administrative duties that support the CIT team and branch leadership.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of administration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Clear criminal record
  • Willingness to work overtime when required
  • Background in office administration or management (advantageous)
  • Own transport (advantageous)

 



 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organised filing and document management systems, including archiving
  • Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages
  • Assist the Recruitment team with new hire onboarding and coordination
  • Respond to internal and external queries
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Support the Branch Manager with admin tasks
  • Process daily hours/posting sheets for payroll
  • Manage and submit pay queries
  • Capture daily and monthly vehicle usage data for billing purposes
  • Process and print monthly code lists and client details
  • Handle Fidelity Access Control system enrollments and requests
  • Order uniforms, stationery, ID cards, beverages, and cleaning supplies
  • Perform general clerical duties as needed
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines efficiently
