Introduction

The Department of Economic Development is offering an Internship Programme within its Human Capital Management directorate. This opportunity is ideal for unemployed graduates seeking practical experience in Human Resource Administration. Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold one of the following:

  • A National Diploma (NQF 6) or
  • A B Degree (NQF 7)
    in the fields of:

    • Human Resource Management
    • Industrial Psychology
    • Training and Development

This internship is open to South African graduates residing in Gauteng only.

Core Duties

  • Gain practical experience in various areas of HR administration
  • Assist with day-to-day activities in human capital processes
  • Learn and support functions such as recruitment, training, and employee services
