Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute training materials, registers, and feedback forms
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance
  • Update learner databases and tracking systems
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation from learners and facilitators
  • Assist with logistics (venue bookings, catering, and materials)
  • Communicate with training providers and internal departments
