Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, inductions, and workshops
- Prepare and distribute training materials, registers, and feedback forms
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance
- Update learner databases and tracking systems
- Follow up on outstanding documentation from learners and facilitators
- Assist with logistics (venue bookings, catering, and materials)
- Communicate with training providers and internal departments
