As a Packer, you’ll perform general labour and packaging duties in the milling division. This is a physically demanding role suited for someone reliable, energetic, and eager to contribute to the company’s high operational standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
• Basic stock control and housekeeping skills
• Physically fit and capable of heavy manual labour
• Able to read and understand English
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday (6-day week)
• Willing to work night shifts

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Use correct packaging for Graded Mills products at all times
• Ensure milled products are not mixed during packing
• Bag, package, and palletize products according to SOPs
• Maintain tidy and hygienic premises at all times
• Comply with Safety and Foodstuffs legislation
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance duties
• Assist with loading and offloading of stock
