Lesaka Technologies is looking for a flexi / part-time Sales & Service Consultant who will educate and assist customers, promote digital channels, and deliver exceptional frontline service. You’ll play a vital role in converting leads, onboarding new customers, and helping clients fully activate and use our services. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Drive acquisition and digital onboarding
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial product solutions
  • Conduct account servicing (e.g. issuing cards, query resolution)
  • Refer complex cases to team leads

Service Delivery

  • Offer in-branch and digital channel education
  • Promote activation and usage of digital platforms
  • Ensure smooth account origination processes
  • Uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), FICA, POPIA, NCR compliance

Revenue & Retention

  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Retain clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns
  • Prevent account closures and ensure compliance to internal procedures

Risk, Process & Compliance

  • Follow FAIS guidelines and company code of conduct
  • Operate within prescribed levels and limits
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience

Key Performance Indicators

  • Target achievement (sales, onboarding, and activations)
  • Positive service feedback and reduced complaints
  • Compliance with regulatory and risk standards
  • Minimized operational losses and customer attrition

 



 

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualification:
    • NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent) — Minimum
    • NQF Level 5 Financial qualification — Preferred
    • NQF Level 6 Business Diploma or Higher Certificate — Advantageous
    • RE (Regulatory Exam) qualification — Required
  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales or customer service
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • FAIS Compliance: Yes
