Positions Available:

• Checkout Assistant
• Shelfpacker (Wine, Groceries, General Merchandise, Perishables, Clothing)
• Warehouse/Stockroom Assistant
• Service Area Assistant (Bakery, Butchery, Deli, Fruit & Veg, Cheese)
• Production Assistant
• Blockman

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and store navigation
• Stock shelves, rotate stock, and maintain merchandising standards
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safe working practices at all times
• Prevent shrinkage, wastage, and damages
• Handle products with care, maintaining cold chain requirements where applicable
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve queries courteously
• Promote products and maintain excellent store conditions
• Operate and clean equipment in line with company procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Assertive with strong communication skills
• Aligned with Pick n Pay’s values
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Strong customer service orientation
• Team player with interpersonal skills
• Retail or service experience advantageous
