This role is ideal for someone who values organisation, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is passionate about providing a friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct person or department.
  • Manage and maintain a clean, organised reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Professional appearance and welcoming demeanour.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based position within standard business hours.
  • Requires a combination of standing and sitting for extended periods.
