The Learner Data Capturer will support the Data Quality Officer and M&E Coordinator by capturing and consolidating facility and partner data while ensuring accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Level 4) and/or training in HIV/AIDS and STI programmes.
- Aged 18-24 years.
- Background or interest in HIV and public health.
- Self-motivated to attend training and complete accredited assessments.
- Reside near the identified health facility in Mthatha.
- Knowledge and practical ability to use MS Office.
- Ability to communicate in English and isiXhosa (advantage).
- Clear criminal record.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and consolidate facility data weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Update and structure data according to reporting requirements.
- Maintain a register of data submission contacts at facilities.
- Notify M&E Coordinator if data is late and record submissions.
- Collaborate with project teams, Department of Health, and THC staff.
- Perform filing and general administrative duties.
