Teller
Introduction
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Teller to join the Worcester Branch under Fidelity Cash Solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, trustworthy, and experienced in cash handling.
Location: Worcester, Western Cape
Division: Fidelity Cash Solutions – Cape Town
Job Type: Permanent
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ cashier or teller experience
- Computer literate
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to work well under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Count and verify clients’ money accurately
- Balance and reconcile all processed cash
- Operate money counting machines
- Adhere to cash handling and processing procedures
- Responsible for ATM packing when required

- Strong numerical skills
- High level of honesty and reliability
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and willing to work overtime
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong alertness and focus in high-risk environments
