As part of our commitment to youth development and skills upliftment, we offer structured learnerships to prepare young South Africans for meaningful employment in the retail and FMCG sectors. This 12-month learnership provides unemployed youth with practical, work-based learning to gain skills in merchandising, sales support, and in-store execution. The successful candidates will be trained to support sales operations, implement merchandising standards, and contribute to brand visibility and product placement in retail environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute daily merchandising tasks in retail outlets (bronze and tin-level)
• Ensure product visibility, quality, and availability in line with Coca-Cola’s RED standards
• Implement and maintain in-store displays, visual standards, and promotional activities
• Conduct stock rotation and assist in monitoring execution performance
• Educate and support customers using the MyCCBA ordering platform
• Provide relief support where necessary and work closely with the Account Developer and Sales Team

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
• English and a second language pass (minimum 40%)
• South African citizen, aged 18–35 years
• Must be currently unemployed
• Available to work six days a week
• Must be EE candidate
• No criminal or adverse credit record
• Not enrolled in any other learnership or full-time study
• Must not have completed a similar qualification or learnership before
• Driver’s licence is an advantage
• Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing is beneficial
