Key Responsibilities

As part of the learnership, you will receive training and perform duties such as:

• Monitoring CCTV cameras in a control room environment
• Performing access control duties at entry and exit points
• Conducting regular patrols of assigned areas
• Responding to security breaches, emergencies, or incidents in a calm and professional manner
• Writing clear and accurate incident or shift reports

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Language Skills: Must be able to read and write in English fluently
• Professionalism: Polite, confident, and well-mannered demeanor
• Technical Skills: Ability to operate scanners and access control equipment
• Work Hours: Must be willing to work both day and night shifts
• Location Requirement: Must reside near Highlands North, Johannesburg
