Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AWESOME customer service in-store and over the phone
• Understand and meet individual customer needs
• Advise customers on product features, warranties, and pricing
• Promote and execute upselling and add-on sales
• Ensure accurate pricing, stock placement, and housekeeping standards
• Assist in sales promotion execution and merchandising
• Report on fast/slow-moving items to management
• Participate in stock counts and loss prevention efforts
• Protect company assets and minimise operational expenses
• Adhere to company SOPs and cooperate with new tech/processes

Entry Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Minimum 6 months retail experience
• Must have reliable transport and be available to work shifts
