Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
- Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to internal communication projects.
- Provide general administrative support within the HR department.
- Assist with organizing engagement surveys and tracking employee feedback.

- Completed degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
