Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes
- Clearly explain airline policies, terms, and conditions
- Support customers during flight disruptions and cancellations
- Handle sensitive information securely and professionally
- Resolve complaints promptly and courteously
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Supervisor on duty
- Deliver top-tier customer service at all times
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Airport and ticket sales experience preferred
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Able and willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
